Every product is scanned and validated before it goes in the box. The error gets caught in the moment, not in a customer complaint a week later.
Smart substitution handling
If a product is missing and a substitute exists, the system flags it and the operator contacts the customer right there, with everything they need on their phone, without stopping the process.
Optimized warehouse routing
The picking route follows the physical layout of the warehouse, eliminating unnecessary walking and cutting prep times.
The impact
Picking errors dropped to nearly zero and, for the first time, the team can see with real numbers how each operator and each order performs. Real-time substitution handling recovered sales that used to be lost quietly: instead of cancelling a line, it gets resolved with the customer during packing. And adding staff in peak season stopped being a risk, because the system guides the work step by step.
