What happens if I go over the 300 included orders with external operators?
Each additional order is billed from US$0.07. Orders that go through the Deri operator network are unlimited, at no extra charge.
Can I use my own logistics operators, on top of the Deri network?
Yes, you add the external operators you already work with on top of the Deri network, you decide who delivers each order.
Do I need my own fleet to use Deri Conecta?
No, the base plan works with Deri's logistics operator network. If you also run your own fleet, you can add Deri Ops to manage it yourself.
How many branches can I connect?
The plan includes 3 branches. If you need more, they're available as an add-on.
How does my customer find out about their order status?
Tracking reaches them straight via WhatsApp as soon as the operator and branch are assigned, without you having to notify them.
The cost of the WhatsApp message is not included in the base plan.
