Yes. Deri Go is yours, not a single company's. You can use it to organize work coming in from different providers or clients at the same time, without having to pick one employer or install a separate app for each company you work with. If you deliver for a pharmacy in the morning and an ecommerce store in the afternoon, it all lands in the same app, with your routes and accounts receivable organized separately.
How do I scan labels from different providers inside the same app?

How do I sign up, and what devices does Deri Go run on?

Does Deri Go assign me orders, like Pedidos Ya, Rappi, or Uber Eats?
No. Deri Go isn't a delivery-dispatch app, and it doesn't assign you orders from third parties or end consumers. It's a tool to organize the deliveries you already have, from your own clients or providers, not to get you new orders.
